6a. Live Chat (Tidio)

We use Tidio (Tidio Poland Sp. z o.o., Poland) as our live chat customer support provider on our website. When you use the chat, we process the information you enter (for example: your message and any contact details you choose to provide).

Purpose: customer support and handling inquiries.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing fast customer support (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract / handling your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

What data is processed: chat messages and technical data needed to run the widget. If you start a chat, Tidio may also process technical identifiers such as IP address.

Storage on your device: the widget stores technical data mainly in localStorage to remember the chat state (open/closed, session continuity).

Recipients: our chat service provider (Tidio).
Data location / transfers: Tidio states that its data is stored on servers in EEA member countries, and that some transfers may occur for specific purposes (for example billing details or support operations) with appropriate safeguards (such as SCCs/DPA).
